Privacy Policy

This policy covers information collected by the Binary Zero public website and how it is handled once submitted.

What we collect

The website collects only what is needed to respond to a business enquiry: the details you enter in the AI Solutions Architect (business description, workflow, users, data, platform and AI preferences, and your contact details) or in the contact form (name, business, email, phone, brief requirement and preferred contact method).

Why we collect it

To produce a software blueprint and complexity estimate, to create an architect request that a Binary Zero engineer can review, and to contact you about that request. We do not sell or rent this information.

Where it is stored

Submissions are written to the Binary Zero backend as real records, with access restricted to the internal team. Records retain a status, creation timestamp and an internal activity log so the enquiry can be handled properly.

The AI Solutions Architect

On this deployment the Architect runs on Binary Zero's own server-side analysis engine. Your answers are processed on our server against the Binary Zero capability registry to produce the blueprint. No external AI provider is called by this deployment, and no AI provider credentials are exposed to the browser.

Third-party services

Where a feature in a delivered system depends on a paid external provider, that provider relationship is owned and paid for by the client. Such providers are not engaged by this website, and this site does not send your enquiry to third-party providers.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us with the project reference issued when the request was created.

Changes

If this policy changes, the version on this page is the one that applies to information submitted through this website.
